New Jersey
There are not many ATV Trails that I could find in New Jersey, they seem to have a lack of funds this year and the state park program was the first to go. I did find a riding area 30 miles east of Philadelphia: New Jersey Off Road Vehicle Park, Inc. PO Box 0501, Chatsworth, NJ 08019-0501 Telephone: (609) 726-0900 http://www.njorvp.org/

The towns of Croghan, Denmark, Diana, Grieg, Leyden, Lyonsdale, Martinburg, Montague, New Bremen, Pinckney, Watson and West Turin all have open roads within the cities.
